As well as a highly secure option, as it is available in a wide range of colours, it can also be customised to fit in with the colour and style of your property.
GRP - Glass Reinforced Polyester
Our glass-reinforced polyester roof options come with a variety of great features. As well as a 20-years manufacturer’s guarantee on the materials, they are also backed by a full 10-yeas insurance-backed guarantee on the workmanship involved.
With this option, you benefit from having a solid, smooth and laminated surface free of welds, seams and joints that often make other roof designs more prone to damage and wear and tear. What you get is a high-quality fibreglass coating that covers the entire surface of your roof.
Designed to offer maximum security, they can’t be cut using a knife and fire retardant to the BS476-2: 2004 EXT.F. AB standards. Not only is this option completely safe and secure, but it is also easy to clean and maintain. They are also completely resistant to UV rays providing your property and possessions protection from harm from the sun.
Felt Roofs
If you are on a tight budget, you may not want to invest in our GRP flat roofs. Instead, we have the more budget-conscious option in traditional waterproof bitumen felt. Although they obviously do not allow the natural light that the GRP options do, they are safe from water damage to your property.
We have the option of either two or three-layer sheet felt material and the main methods of application is either as cold works or hot works depending on the kind of materials that are used.
Meet Roofing Felt Standard
At Eco Roofing SE, our felt roofs are designed and constructed to meet the various British Standards that exist for bitumen felt. We will not carry, or supply felt roofs that are not covered by BBA or British Board of Agreement certificates.
